What I Am #ThankfulFor This Year

It’s that time of year again. You know…when the weather gets colder and the house smells of freshly baked pies and other delicious baked goods. For me, it also happens to be the tail end of my second to last semester at Brigham Young University (BYU). Before the day comes to a close, I thought now would be a great time to share with you what I am #ThankfulFor this year:

  • My family

  • My PRSSA family (National Committee, HQ, BYU’s Chapter, and of course, the members)

  • My friends

  • Gospel of Jesus Christ

  • Brigham Young University

  • Trials

  • My job

  • Opportunities to serve others

This list barely begins to scratch the surface, but will do for now. It is my wish that instead of just being grateful once a year, we can all try to have a spirit of thanksgiving year round.

Develop an attitude of gratitude, and give thanks for everything that happens to you, knowing that every step forward is a step toward achieving something bigger and better than your current situation.
